Terms And Conditions

Payment terms, deposits, and fuel arrangements are defined separately in our policies and estimates. By proceeding with services, the customer agrees to those terms as presented. Point To Point Aviation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from delays or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of aircraft ferry and related services by Point To Point Aviation. By requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the service agreement. All services are conducted under Part 91 as contract pilot services, and operational control remains with the aircraft owner, operator, or their authorized representative.

All services are billed based on the agreed pilot or crew daily rate, along with itemized expenses associated with the trip. Expenses may include, but are not limited to, fuel, lodging, meals, airline travel, ground transportation, airport and handling fees, and any other costs necessary to safely complete the flight. Estimates are provided in good faith based on available information but may vary due to changing conditions such as weather, routing, maintenance issues, or operational requirements. Final costs will be reflected in an itemized invoice upon completion of the trip.

Ferry operations are subject to delays or changes due to weather, the mechanical condition of the aircraft, regulatory requirements, or other factors beyond our control. Safety is the primary consideration in all decision-making, and flights may be delayed, rerouted, or canceled at the discretion of the pilot in command. Daily pilot or crew fees and applicable expenses may continue during delays when the crew remains assigned to the trip.

The aircraft owner or operator is responsible for ensuring the aircraft is airworthy and that all required documentation is onboard prior to departure, including the airworthiness certificate, registration certificate, operating handbook, weight and balance data, and any required authorizations. Any discrepancies discovered during the course of the trip will be communicated promptly.
